MB secures renewed agreement with Alingsås – ranked first across all categories

Miljonbemanning has once again been awarded a framework agreement with Alingsås Municipality. The new agreement, which took effect in September 2026, expands our role within the municipality’s waste management and recycling operations. This time, we are ranked as the first-choice supplier across all categories.

Att få förnyat förtroende betyder mycket. Att samtidigt få möjlighet att ta ett större ansvar gör oss både stolta och glada. Efter att tidigare ha bemannat med chaufförer breddas nu samarbetet till att även omfatta maskinförare och personal till återvinningscentral.

Uppdraget omfattar chaufförer med C- och CE-behörighet, med och utan ADR, samt hjullastar-, grävmaskin- och motviktstruckförare. Därtill kommer personal som stöttar den dagliga driften vid Bälinge återvinningscentral, där bemötanEarning renewed trust means a great deal to us. Being entrusted with greater responsibility makes us both proud and grateful. Having previously supplied drivers, our partnership now extends to machine operators and recycling centre staff.

The agreement covers drivers with category C and CE licences, with and without ADR certification, as well as wheel loader, excavator and counterbalance forklift operators. It also includes staff supporting daily operations at Bälinge Recycling Centre, where welcoming visitors, providing guidance and ensuring safe waste handling are essential parts of the work.

As the first-ranked supplier, Miljonbemanning will have the first opportunity to meet the municipality’s staffing needs within each category. This allows us to provide a broader range of skills and build on the partnership we have already established.

Behind effective waste management and recycling services are people who make a difference to local residents and businesses every day. From the driver collecting household waste to the team member helping visitors sort their recycling correctly, each role matters. Our responsibility is to match the right skills to these needs and help keep essential services running safely and smoothly.
